@mawlch Well I did Rachel Sander's method, but in my hurry I changed it for a little while (like 1 month) to 2 on and 2 off...and from there on I've been struggling. I think I've made progress but I really like your running because it's obvious that your dogs hit on the contact zone to go forward so they are sooo quick. i'd like to reach that point. I'll be uploading a video of what I'm doing so you can see. Thankx!!!
Why did you change to 2on2off? What didn't work when you very doing "running" A-frame?

There is no secret.
I'm not sure that I followed any steps :-)... I just progressed very gradually. That's all.
What problem do you encounter? How did you start? How old is the dog now? What is now happening?

I've been suffering with this method! Is the secret to throw the ball sometime before the go down? Did you follow the steps? Help!
