It's actually pretty easy to remove the sound, in the mp3 anyway. Download Goldwave Fully Functional free trial. Then I go to Effect, Filter, Noise Reduction, on the drop down near bottom of popup, choose Very light hiss/rumble removal. Press OK, choose File, Save as, choose mp3 and Layer-3, 44100 Hz, 256 kbps, stereo. It worked for me (except I have the full version)

I love this... It relaxes me. It makes me feel like all my problems will go away and one day, sometime, everything will be perfect. And the rain sound on the actual channel soothes me. It feels cozy, and warm. :)

@ptromp It is the Weather Channel. It's free, and you can check the weather anywhere in the world, plus it has relaxing music that varies between times of the day. This is at night, 6:30pm to 11:59pm. If you dont't know how to get it:

1. Connect your internet to your Wii via System Settings

2. Go to Wii Shop

3. Select Channels

4. Scroll until you find Weather Channel

5. Choose it, then choose download

6. Choose accept when it asks if you want to use 500ish data blocks

7. Wait for download to finish

8. Update if needed, the first issue of the Weather Channel doesn't have music

9. Choose the channel, go to play

10. Choose your location

11. Go to options and choose enable soundtracks

12. Wait till 6:30pm

13. Enjoy!

although, when I first heard this, I was under some sudden and serious stress. My computer just broke, without a way to fix it for a while, had several online classes, and recently got a bank notice on a severe overdraw of my checking account caused by a timing mix-up. I was really kind of out of things to do other than melt down, so I decided to check the weather. this was playing. Try to guess the result.
