This episode was the saddest episode ever! And the episode before is the second saddest episode ever! I cried so much. And I watched them one after the other (just this morning actually) there was a river of tears at my floor at the end of them.
So I was re-watching some of my favorited videos and got to this one, and just had to comment to say that this still makes me cry whenever I watch it! It has got to be one of my favorite vids for any fandom, not just Merlin. Seriously, this is just too beautiful and moving for words. *is teary* <3
You did such a beautiful job depicting Merlin's sorrow and pain at losing the father he only just met. And I'm impressed with the voiceovers, I haven't seen many people do that without ruining the song. Although I have to ask, is this a different version and if so what? This seems different from the original version and as much as I love the original I really like this. What is it?

I feel like I understood it and I had actual tears in my eyes. :'( great way to build the video, with the flashbacks and "flashforwards". amazing editing and really emotional video, hunny! LOVE 0:20!
