I never thought the nudity in Elfen Lied was sexual nudity; it was more of a "here is the human body, and it's beautiful" type of nudity. And if the gore doesn't bother children, then more power to them. It's animated gore, after all, and there are many children and adults (like myself) that don't really find TV gore gruesome at all. I think more people should watch this anime, it is brilliant.
I'm not here to comment whether you are too young to watch Elfen Lied or not, but in my opinion you are too young to exhibit yourself in the Internet. i understand the running out of breath when singing this song, trust me, it makes me light headed. you did well, but sit up straight when singing, and press on your diaphragm, it will help you push your voice out farther. and the song is in latin, so you did well on your pronunciation, i still have a problem with the words.

You know , when I started to watch Elfen Lied , I was only 11 (imma 14) . The first second of the first episode I was like "Uuuuurg xL" But then I was like "This is awesome :3"
And after a few episodes I started crying because this anime is simply beautiful .

i like the anime elfin lied but that girl is WAY too young to watch this...especially when this girl skypes with ppl she doesnt know....yeah thats how you get raped, even if you know the dangers of the internet or not. this anime is good for when your older but stick to something like naruto or bleach ;)

I never thought the nudity in Elfen Lied was sexual nudity; it was more of a "here is the human body, and it's beautiful" type of nudity. And if the gore doesn't bother children, then more power to them. It's animated gore, after all, and there are many children and adults (like myself) that don't really find TV gore gruesome at all. I think more people should watch this anime, it is brilliant.

I'm not here to comment whether you are too young to watch Elfen Lied or not, but in my opinion you are too young to exhibit yourself in the Internet. I'm 20 yo and the few videos I've uploaded only show my hands playing the piano. Perhaps I'm too prudent, it's only an opinion. However, please be careful. I think you know by now, but it is Latin. When I sing, I sound like a train wreck! I hope people stop freaking out about your age. I was around 10 when I watched it. (My life was depressing then so I could kind of understand a relate to things better instead of being an airhead) ;)

I think it's amazing people this young are watching Elfen Lied and understand it.Most adults I mention it to just say stuff along the lines of "you shouldn't be watching that it's too violent, has nudity etc." but I just look at them and think "do you really not understand that there is a message in this and the storyline is truly sad" It really doesn't matter what age you watch Elfen Lied and similar animes,I actually wished I had started watching earlier, because it has taught me so much.

I'm getting really tired of this.First off,10-year-olds are not LITTLE kids.I'm 11 years old,and turning 12 Feb. 16.I've watched Elfen Lied.I understood it.It was great to watch,because I do have a thing for gore and stuff like that.

sing from your tummy not your head which i know sounds stupid but even in your redo you needed to stagger your breathing. That means to spread out your breaths to were you are comfortable one more thing this is an alto song and you are a soprano. listen to my videos you'll know what i mean k but you are still very good keep practicing!!! :3

i understand the running out of breath when singing this song, trust me, it makes me light headed. you did well, but sit up straight when singing, and press on your diaphragm, it will help you push your voice out farther. and the song is in latin, so you did well on your pronunciation, i still have a problem with the words.

Just because you're a "very mature ten year old" doesn't give you a reason to watch it.
I'm twelve. didn't watch it "just because yes". I watched it because of the true meaning behind it: someone who became violent because of her childhood. Lucy was an orphan and other kids bullied her because she was a diclonius.
Either way, that doesn't mean you can't cover the song. Good job. Sing a bit louder. :)

@thezora911 Whether we like it or not, we live in a society, we all share the same planet and we have to learn to live with each other. Of course there's always two extremes, but neither of them is more or less desirable than the other. The one you appear to be appealing too (just by reading your comment) will make you selfish as you grow up.
