Man nice video. I love Rudy's chicken, I used to work near Camp Bullis outside of San Antonio. Unreal chicken. I will say that the real Rudys chicken is slow smoked for many hours over white oak, not grilled. I can't smoke so I do the same way your doing. The final key is to get a big ole bottle of that Rudy's Sauce. Real tangy stuff. Best BBQ I've ever had. Thanks for posting this
holy crap I am so sorry i did not wash my chicken...I am a machicken guy, I never had to cook or anything ...I will never not wash my chicken again

I used to cook at Rudy's and I'll tell you one little secret of the way we cook our chicken...
we coat the chickens with salad dressing or mayonnaise.
