fedor starting fading around 2008 as u can see with his sambo championships which he used to dominate and then started to get beat. He was undefeated for 10 years and ranked number 1 for 7 and has beat more top ten opponents then any HW out there. Mirko never adapted his style properly for the UFC,it wasn't that he was past his prime when first going into UFC it was more he stupidly thought he could plod around like the Mummy with terrible footwork,telegraph strikes by a mile-and think opponents would not suss him out quick & shut him down,or that they would stand there & take a telegraphed hit from The Mummy.Plodding around not much body movement,of course opponent can read you more easily than someone with great footwork&lot movement.

He won the Pancrase & UFC Title several times, something Cro Cop has never done. Bas only has a couple losses compared to Cro Cops losses to inferior fighters such as Gonzaga. Filipovic has virtually no ground game compared to Bas' black belt in Jujitsu.

Amazing both inside and outside the ring/cage with great personalities and have respect.

A lot of fighters from Pride have that: Big Nog, Fedor, Bas, Wandy, Crocop, HMC, even Rampage.

Nowadays, there's people like Brock Lesnar who completely disrespects his opponents and the sport itself.......

I'm not saying that there aren't any new good and respectful fighters, because there are, like Shane Carwin for example. But we just need more of these guys :).
