I'm confused about the beach episode.

Does Tai Li have a thing for Zuko? When they were around the fire Zuko said she didn't know him but she looked hurt and said she did.

And I thought Mai was just a decoy in one of Azula's plans but then she looked hurt when she said that she and Zuko were over at the party. I'm thinking that she was but then accidentally fell in love or was genuinely in love with him.

I'm confused about who Zuko is going to get with but I'm still rooting for Zutara!
