Giiirl, you are too advanced/incredible for those t-strap Capezios, or whatever you're wearing! You should save up for a pair of LaDucas! They've got flexible leather/canvas soles that show off your already amazing arch more when you point. They cost a pretty penny, but I think they're worth it :)

emily, excellent job! as usual beautiful turns and extensions. you also had such a nice energy throughout and a beautiful smile. you hit the accents well and your movements were strong which i feel some people have lacked. the only thing i thought was you were a little deep in your plie at times. more into the ground than i would have liked. maybe try narrowing your stance a little? otherwise it was wonderful. congrats on making it to the top 10!

You definitely had some beautiful turns in here. This did not feel super fun to me -- definitely competent -- but a little too restrained for my taste. Some of your arm positions still feel a little elbowy if you are not thinking about them (for example right arm at :54) and I get distracted by that. I think you let loose pretty well for you but I want more, more, more. :)

Emily--you nailed this routine and yoru turns were superb. I agree with Steve's comment on the shoes---just spend more time in them and you will be more comfortable. I love your look and your head snaps are so snappy good. Congrats on top ten!
