Hey Mel. Where did you get your Purple Martin Sanctuary signs from? Would like to get a couple for myself. Also, nice to see the starling resistant holes on at least one of your houses.

yepp.. know all about it we've had martins over 50 years. the houses used back then are still used today. with cantilever poles that go 30 feet in the air biggest colony in world don't believe me i have evidence email me at marvolo22@hotmail.com

we recently put up the houses because owls were standing on the gourds which scared the martins out and the owls would get a free meal. so far it's going well. hope we'll have a good fledging year.

Very nice video, Mel, but I think you meant to say to erect your housing within 100 feet of your home not 100 yards.
