I've been reasearching these subjects for some time. The way I understand it is that refusal of consent and writs you have put in if have not have been directly rebuked they are without stating but ny silence that oh are correct. But if they were to admit so would state that they are in fault and not default. It's a very specific system they run off of. A major source of information on these subjects which you are exercising is actually common law which they will not admit overrides all others.
