I haaaaaaaaaaaated Fantasia, but this easily one of her best perfomances on idol and one of the best the entire season, the judges were completely off base with their critique.

i love this performance. a lot of people think fantasia just yells all the time and just has an out of control voice, but this performance is a perfect example of her controlling her vocals. she seemed halfway out of breath at the end, but she hit every note. absolutely deserved to win.

The Judges were on crack (excpet Donna, the true vetern). Fantasia gave one of her top vocal performances with this song and should not have ended up in the bottom two for it.

I think this song really could be rearranged in a way that is R&B and dance. Change the beat style and add some horns, make it less 80's-sounding, add some funk and soul, put some groovin' backup singers in, and it would be a lot better.

I understand why simon says what he did to fantasia, he was always pushing to step up her game!!!!!It does prove she can anything. One critic in New York in his review about the play said she could probably make a song from the ingredients from a cereal box.
