Could never figure out why they put the aux socket in the front fascia. My previous 93 had the aux socket in the the compartment between the front seats, of course if they had proper Bluetooth integration like even the most basic euro car has, instead of trying to force people to pay for Onstar (fail) they would have an even better selling point.
@Vanrocco66 I think the Saab is the best looking of them all. Also, you MUST have bought this car at Guilford Saab and from Mr. Vigorito, the top-ranked Saab salesman in the country at one time. Did I get that right?
@SaabChrysler52 Nope. Guilford Saab blew it! The salesman had a chance to sell me the car but because he couldn't be bothered calling me back I went to Valenti Saab and bought it there!
@TehBoredNoob Buddy I don't know what you are (or aren't) reading or whether or not you are just trying to be a wise ass but my 2010 Saab Aero is a 2.0 4 cylinder turbo. If you own a 2010 9-3 nd it's a 6 cylinder turbo then God bless you man!
Just a heads up don't let your warranty run out on it, because although it's a great car which I loved Saabs are notorious for having big, expensive problems!!! Not trying to rain on your parade bc I had one and I absolutely loved it but I also absolutely HATED it, I'm just giving you a heads up that I really wish someone had given me before I had purchased my Saab. good luck to you and I honestly hope that this car is better to you than mine was to me!
I had a Saab & I absolutely loved it - the handling was awesome, the power, the exterior, I could easily hang around BMW 5s, MBZ, Audis and no one questioned it being there!
But I HATED it!! It had so many problems - tranny, ECM, engine, ballast! & it is pretty expensive & difficult to fix especially since I like to work on cars and did a lot of the standard maintainance myself. Saab definately is not an easy car to maintain & it's EXPENSIVE! but then so are most European cars!
@vikingsupreme Probably true but most of my driving is done in traffic in New York and Boston and a stick would be a royal pain in the ass! It's nice that I can switch to sport & manual shift mode though when I'm driving in an area that will allow me to have some fun.
i love that solid sound when u close the door.

GM management of SAAB has been a DISASTER.

I stated the labor rates incorrectly. The current labor rate in the North East USA is as follows:
Infiniti $126 / hour
Audi $116/ hour
Volvo $109 / Hour
Saab $98 / Hour
