The cup mold is gift from my mother by love and I think that you will find them in specialized kitchen store.

Not at all, this is another recipe, the name is "crème brulée", we will make it when we buy the special tools to burn the sugar on!

There is a special preparation for "Flan", check in your usual store if you get it.
That little flan-forming dish is cute! I didn't know about them til I saw your video.
