This scene was very touching. I remember reading that Marilyn would go to the park and watch the children play. She and the kids took to each other very well in and out of acting. I am glad the footage that was taken can be seen-she made a lovely mother figure. It's so sad she didn't finish the picture-she was one of the most beautiful ladies ever in Hollywood.

Marilyn Monroe was a genius.....her performance in this film is lovely. When

20th fired MM it was said she was acting weird as if under water no usable film, etc..this film proves that she was in total command of her scenes and as always dominated the scene. Gorgeous to the camera she says her lines perfectly, what is the real story of MM's firing.. ?  MM staged a great PR campaign and 20th had to rehire her and gave her close to a Million for 2 pictures. MM is always the greatest star

I had never seen this scene with Marilyn.

I've of course seen it with Doris Day in "Move Over Darling" but it's not this sweet and charming.

I basically cried watching this. How anyone can say she was drug addicted and a mess at the end of her life never saw this.

I think with her slimmer body and her new haircolour created especially for her by Sidney Guilaroff using laundry bluing, I think she was the most beautiful she ever was.

Marilyn Monroe was and is still the Queen of Hollywood and MM returned to 20th for her final Fox picture on her contract.

She is magical in this clip, the setup being MM returning to her home and children after years on a Pacific Island. ( Lucky they)

MM was fired from this movie and 20th tried to get word out MM's work was sub par...from this clip it is a lie. She acts and looks wondrous. Lovely star.
