He was quoting the line from the episode in season 1 where the fruit stand guy is racist towards Brett and Jermaine.

Remember? When they are talking to Dave about what to do about him and then he appears downstairs at their building and he yells out "New Zealanders are all unhygenic".

The guy in the audience was quoting this line trying to be funny, but he failed.
