Yes, I will. 2 steps forward one step backwards, that's kinda what's been happening. Right now i've been experiencing something new, that i haven't felt for a long time... It's Crazy.. I'm starting to be more aware of my surroundings, Hearing people breathing, my eyes are all that matter, Heat, Wind, talking to others seems more relaxed. I'm just about to start a new job and i've been feeling skeptical about it, but now, i think if i keep this up i'm going to be more pumped about it. Thankyou

It's my first day and all day today i've been thinking of things to appreciate in my life, and the things that i want to happen, and it's been an alright day.. But Not a bad day :)

I don't know if you will ever see this comment amongst the thousands of comments I'm sure you have gotten, but maybe I can help someone else put it into perspective...this "drunk monkey" as you call it.. that "negativity" that constantly tells you that you are not good enough, or you will fail. I think Eckhart Tolley called it "ego" but let me tell you, by giving this voice in my head like "the drunk monkey" I finally GET IT! It has a name, and now I can scream out "get OUT of my head Monkey!
