This song is a reminder to me of what I left when I forsook my conservative mennonite family and joined the army. I came upon it accidentally and seeing the girls and hearing that powerful message made me long to see my sisters again and to be in my family circle. God is working in me!

Absolutely beautiful. I'm so touched by this. You know what? I have been looking into Anabaptist faith and if I wasn't part of the group I am part of, I think I would definately be Mennonite. I agree with pretty much all their belifes though I do struggle to understand non-resistence. But it is a beautiful faith isn't? So is this part of a school? You really ought to make a cd and get your song coppyrighted! It's lovely!

yes, we're Mennonite. The use of instruments is not usually allowed in church, but very often they are used within the home. It also will vary considering how conservative/liberal each Mennonite church is respectively.

Oh ok... We're holiness, so we don't believe in Christian rock, but we do use pianos :D. my girlfriend only wears long skirts, and I only wear pants, but her aunt and uncle have a much more strict dress code. We are somewhat similar though. It's great to see other people who stand apart from the world :D
