  • i get crossed eyed watching poulter in the press conference. is there a reason why?

  • 1:24 that face says it all!!!

  • what is this video's track plz?

  • Fuck me you two need to go out and get a life arguing over YouTube what a pair of retards.

  • Xelurst - Love your channel , it's so ........ er....... shit! Ufo's and cooking videos . You sound like a someone who knows nothing about golf. Stick to UFO watching.

  • Ian was class that year, but he out did himself agian at Celtic Manor, absolutely immense

  • this is WHY hes tied for my #1(other is jerry kelly)

  • @JaskaJunior also, im American and i usually root for the Europeans.

  • 100% passion, already a ryder cup legend

  • pure talent (on short play)

  • Can't help it - just do not like Nick Faldo - does anybody?

  • It's great to see an englishman showing this much passion. If the football team had 10% of his focus at least we could be proud of them, even if they may still lose. Go poults!!

  • Mcdowell the fat bastard! lol........poulter 'youve got that crazy look in your'e eye' lol

  • @Phatberry lol at least McDowell has won a major hahahahha Irish golfers are owning English golf!!!

  • @Shaftsus Hes british you retard!

  • @Phatberry No he refers to himself as an Irish Golfer, and in golfing terms he is an Irish Golfer. Before he won the US Open you would have agreed with me but because he won it he's somehow "British". I was born and raised in Northern Ireland too but I still carry an Irish Passport and have Irish nationality. Graeme McDowell may well have British Identity but in his winning speech at US open he made it pretty clear that he is an Irish golfer and dedicated his speech to Ireland, not Britain lol.

  • he is still british but fairplay to him for dedicating his win to ireland, however i agree with you who do we have lee westwood wow he will collapse every time and casey poulter etc dont put themselves into contention enough at least lee does that, and we have luke donald who cant win and is a disgrace to golf just turning up and getting a cheque

  • @dandydude123xyz Yeah but he is technically Irish in golfing terms, so you glory hunting English can't take any credit from his victory lol....

  • i spose

  • @Phatberry and btw we still own you in golf - Padraig Harrington 3 majors!!! And Rory McIlroy gonna own you 2!!!!

  • @Shaftsus rory mcelroy is from northern ireland which is part of the uk noe ireland all you have is harrington and hes finished. even mcdowell is from northern ireland northern ireland beats ireland by itself. we have casey, rose, poulter, westwood, donald, fisher all of which have more potential than any irish golfer ireland is no longer a force in golf

  • @geordieracer222 I'm from Northern Ireland and go to the same school McIllroy used to go to so stfu. McIllroy is from Northern Ireland which makes him an Irish golfer by definition - go back to Fred Daly who won the British Open - he is always referred to as an IRISH Golfer. You shouldn't confuse golf with politics they're completely separate. His nationality could be a different story but from my understanding if you're from NI you're entitled to dual identity - both British and Irish.

  • @Shaftsus lol i dont care for definitions or semantics northern ireland is part of the uk there for he is a uk golfer lol, even with mcdowell and mcilroy england alone still has better golfers especially when it comes to ryder cup. harrington is shit in the ryder cup, mcilroy was all talk and mcdowell is the only golfer from either the rep. of ireland and nothern ireland that warranted his place in the ryder cup team we should have brought rose and casey they would have done better

  • @geordieracer222 I don't think so - McIllroy is only 21 and is already in the top 10 so you can fuck off about him cause he earned his place- and he would tell you to fuck off calling him a "UK golfer". He's either a Northern Irish golfer or Irish Golfer - he would describe himself as an Irish Golfer as McDowell has done. Leave politics out of sport. And it doesn't matter how Casey would have done in the Ryder Cup - McIllroy and McDowell were pretty much the reason why Europe won it.

  • @Shaftsus the three players from the republic of ireland and northern ireland, mcilroy, mcdowell, and harrington were responsible for only 4 points of the european score. and 1 of those points were from harrington who only got it because of the play of ross fisher, who showed harrington up. the other three english men westwood, poulter, and donald were directly responsible for 5 and a half points alone and that is with the likes of kaymer and harrington doing the best to fuck it up, look it up

  • @geordieracer222 Fuck You seriously - Kaymer won the fucking US Open this year that's more than any of those British golfers you're talking about will ever do. And by the way - Current All Ireland players= 4 majors, Current English = 0 majors. Go figure. The Ryder Cup means fuck all to be honest it is actually just commercialism, nothing else. Any golfer in would rather win a major than the Ryder Cup, it's just a bit of fun at the end of the day. And Celtic Manor is also a shite course.

  • @Shaftsus you now say the ryder cup is worth nothing, after hailing mcilroy and mcdowell and the reasons for winning. simply because i gave you the numbers. what i say is with the benfit of hindsight, in this years ryder cup mcilroy and kaymer were awful, this was clear for anyone to see, does this mean i think they are bad golfers-no. they are both ranked in the top 10, so i think it has something to do with being rookies, yes. so mcilroy is not the finished article take it as a compliment

  • @Shaftsus lol i love how you bring up the four majors, whoopy as if that is suppose to make me reconsider, the future of irish golf, fine i will entertain you for a moment, before these four majors how many majors were won by irish golfers, the answer is 1, in total irish golf has won a total of 5 majors throughout the history of golf, nick faldo alone won 6 does this therefore mean that nick faldo is better than the history of irish golf, does it hell, therefore your good fortune is just that

  • @Shaftsus also when it comes to kaymer, well done for him in a given tournament he came first, brilliant do you know who won the pga championship before kaymer, it was yang yong eun. therefore he also has won 1 more major than say mcilroy does that make him a better golfer than mcilroy, no, your logic therefore or lack of it is well and truely flawed.

  • @Shaftsus Can i just say you are a total prick.

  • @MrMongoose222 just cuz Ireland is outdoing you in Sport these days lol

  • Comment removed

  • @Shaftsus No

  • @Shaftsus on paper yes he earned his place but, he cost mcdowell, it is mcilroys fault they only halved the four balls, because he didnt hold his end of the partnership and, in the foursomes he completely let mcdowell down.makes no difference if he is 21 or 30, he is fully developed, physically but you can tell he is immature. he may be ranked 9th in the world but there are 3 englishmen ranked above him, true donald, casey and westwood, i would have took casey over mcilroy any day of the week,

  • @geordieracer222 Nah, you talk crap. You need to cut him some slack seriously, if an English man had accomplished what McIlroy has accomplished this year then he'd be the next best golfer. You cannot in anyway rate Casey, Rose or Donald above him at all - those golfers would admit McIlroy as a better golfer. than themselves Maybe for Harrington there might be an argument cause his form has been awful this year but he won 3 majors brilliantly which you can't take away from him.

  • @geordieracer222 And all the English players in the Ryder Cup are 30 years or older so to criticise McIlroy for being immature is way too harsh. Why don't you take a look at where all those players were at McIlroy's age. None of them were in the top 10 anyway lol, some of them still aren't. I'm sorry but when it comes to golfing talent Ireland seems to be on top against England. An international game would be pretty interesting.

  • @Shaftsus players peak at different ages in all sports, look at tyson he was the youngest heavyweight in the world but did not go onto fulfil his true potential, and you look at holyfield who has had a career of longevity, tyson is always mentioned as this force of nature even though holyfield was a better fighter, to say that mcilroy is better than england has to offer is not only premature to say, what i pointed out is that at the moment this statement is wrong

  • @Shaftsus lol ireland on top against england, between northern ireland and the rep. of ireland you have only 15 players in the top 1000 only 4 in the top 100 and one of them is darren clarke who is ranked at 100.you have only 2 players ranked in the top 500 who are less than 30 years old. if you had to pick an all irish ryder cup team you would have to pick the 43 year old mcginley and well as the world no. 912 caldwell, what a joke

  • @geordieracer222 Our best players own your best players by a mile. Like I said 4 majors - 0 majors. Go figure. By the way Faldo is going to be overtaken by McIlroy no problem, McIlroy is just as good as Tiger was in his prime now, even Tiger admitted that McIlroy was better than he was at McIlroy's age. He's pretty much a kid at the moment who's already made his mark on the world stage. When McIlroy won the U10 world golf champs he beat Tiger Wood's score on that course in the same competition.

  • @Shaftsus titles only proove one thing, that on a given day an irish plyer was the best, the ranking system is there to show the level of a players ability over the year, mcilroy. lol three of them majors were harringtons and he is out of form and if was to play in match play against any of the top four of five english players would lose. so with harrington past glories are just that even he is not in the top 10 ranked players.tiger won 1st major at 21.

  • @geordieracer222 You're trying to make out English golfers to be better which doesn't make sense to me because you have nothing to back it up, no major wins or anything. By the way, Faldo won his first major at 30 years of age - McIlroy was so close to winning his first (USPGA) at only 21 years of age. I was amazed he didn't even make the playoffs in that tournament, he was just unlucky with his putts. At this rate I'd be amazed if McIlroy hasn't bagged 10 majors by the end of his career.

  • @Shaftsus lol you say faldo won first major at 30 then you say mcilroy nearly won a major as you have pointed out nearly winning is not the same as winning. ok so he as nearly won a major and he got ranking points for doing so buthe has not amassed more ranking points than 3 english even though he has played in more tournaments

  • @geordieracer222 FALDO wasn't in the top 10 at McIlroy's age, no where near it. He only won his first PGA event when he was 28 years old - McIlroy won the Quail Hollow Open recently this year shattering the course record with with a 62 lol. And that's no fluke - he shattered two records this year lol British Open at St. Andrews and that, he could have won 2 majors this year come to think of it had he kept his head on the second day of the open.

  • @geordieracer222 Comparing Boxing with Golf?? Now that's just daft :P

  • @Shaftsus lol how is that daft, all sports are part physical and part mental, you have all the talent in the worl dbut if you dont have the focus or drive or heart you will never live upto your full potential

  • @geordieracer222 Boxing doesn't involve the same technique or risk factor as golf ffs, and the only reason why Tyson didn't win much when he was older was because he bit that guy in the ear and got banned for a while, he was never the same when he returned to the game.

  • @Shaftsus 99 out of 100 sports psychologists would disagree with you. in all sports there is pressure especially individual sports.

  • @Shaftsus obviously you know as little about boxing as you do golf, he did nt bite holyfields ear because he was winning the fight he bit it because holyfield had a better game plan than him and was frustraing himself, in any individual sport there comes a time where composure is needed to deal with a situation, you learn more about a persons mental state when things are not going to plan than when they are going well, personally i dont think he has that in him yet, disagree all you want

  • @geordieracer222 omg boxing is a completely separate sport you retard. Stop messaging me you keep saying England has better golfers when none of them have even picked up a major trophy. I'm fed up with this you can believe whatever you want but I'm still proud of the fact that our current golfers have achieved more than yours have.

  • @Shaftsus i wouldnt insult my intelligence, i can tell you have a below average iq, and your debating skills are little more advanced from those of a 6 year old. i should'nt expect more from northern ireland ,shit at least those irish south are independant, you and your country are as forgetable as your viewpoints. man for man we have superior match play golfers, fact and if they ever did have a tournament i would revel in the victory and your ignorance.you messaged me first now jog on paddy

  • @geordieracer222 What intelligence??lol You can't even count cause you haven't noticed that our current golfers on tour have more majors than you have. And say what you like about Northern Ireland, at least we didn't vote in that shitty labour government that fucked up the economy, well done England your obviously smarter than we are. And I actually go to a grammar school so my IQ should be higher than average considering I've made it into my final year. Have fun at your comprehensive school.

  • @Shaftsus way past comprehensive school, and it didnt do me any bad, a first class degree with honours and a masters degree to my name, what do you have g.c.s.e's come back, when your a little older and alot wiser. its not the quality of the education, but the quality of the student. an intelligent student will thrive wherever they're stimulated. grammer school can polish a turd all they want it's still a piece of shit, at the end of the day.

  • @Shaftsus iq and education are 2 different things.iq's are used as predictors of academic achievement, however, these achievement have other variants which effect the outcome. you can have a high iq and fail to apply yourself, thus not reaching your full potential or have a low iq and apply and achieve a higher grade than a low achieving higher person with a higher iq, so your present staus of education is not a true gauge of your iq.

  • @geordieracer222 omg now you're giving me your philosophy on life and education, when does it end? ffs this is going way off topic now, and too much time is being spent bitching over the internet, I'm going to stop now this is just ridiculous and a person with a Masters degree should know better than to slag somebody's country or to even boast about it online where everyone can see it. Nowadays you'd be more impressed to meet someone with a secure and well paid job. Now leave me alone please.

  • @Shaftsus since the millenium irish golfer have only amasseda total of 43 tour wins on both the american and european tour, where as english players have amassed 83 wins, now it does take a genius to see which number is bigger, clarke, mcginley and soon harrington are coming towards the end of their career and they are responsible for 28 0f those tour wins more than half. in that decade 11 irish men have managed tour wins 30 englishmen have once again you dont need to be a genius to work that out

  • @geordieracer222 So what there are more English golfers than there are Irish cause your population is about 10 times ours, you would expect more golfers on tour. The fact is that we've got the majors, you don't, so screw you cause you have no proof of anything you say. And Match play?? Guess who I saw on the cover of the papers the day after the Ryder Cup, that's right Graeme McDowell cause he won the most important match and kept himself composed beautifully. So fuck off with you match play BS.

  • im from england and your a prick, the irish/northern irish have mcilroy and g mac who unlike lee westwood has won a major, all english golfers are near misses, lee westwood will do a monty on it, luke donald 2nd place man other than the matchplay, and ian poulter and casey are over rated they dont win as much as they should

  • @geordieracer222 I'm talking about Ireland being better than England when it comes to PGA Tour golf standard or European Tour, no one cares about anyone below that standard.

  • @Shaftsus and once again i will say ireland has only 3 notible players, and one of them is coming to the end of his career, the person responsible for 3 or the 5 majors won by irish people. if it wasnt for harrington you would have just won your 2nd major.england has better golfers than northern ireland, rep. of ireland, wales and scotland put together, lee westwood, paul casey and luke donald are all ranked above, mcilroy, mcdowell and harrington fact, these are the only decnt irish golfers

  • @geordieracer222 No, Ireland has better golfers than England - Even McIlroy has won more tournaments than Ian Poulter on the PGA Tour. Majors are essentially what define a player's career. And the reason why McDowell isn't in the top 10 atm is because he didn't play in any tour events after the US Open because he was too busy partying and rightfully so. England has good golfers, yes, but none of them have shown the mental capability or talent of winning a major which is every golfer's dream.

  • @geordieracer222 We only have 3 notable players? 4 actually, Shane lowry is doing really well at the moment and he's only 22 he's got great potential. And if you look at the population of our countries - Ireland = 6.2 million approx. England = 51 million approx. So the fact that you may have 6 or 7 notable players isn't really that impressive. We still have 4 majors anyway because golf is turning out to be our game, not yours ...bitch.

  • Ian played great that year. he is also having a great season so far. Definantly living up to his potential

  • It looks so cool at 1:30 :D

  • thats why your my HERO poults =D

  • He's an inspiration..

  • and by the way batface76 i have never posted a comment about poulter on any you tube clips ever until i saw his antics on the weekend and his disgracefull antics mate

  • Well, I just don't know what to say - your arguments are so convincing & well thought out!

    Keep spreading the love man....

  • love the intensity. he will win a major one day because of how much emotion he has

  • dont be silly this clown will never win a major he is a complete moron who is mentally too fragile he believes his own hype thinks he is better than what he is

  • "Complete moron" - You've never met him, have you?

"Mentally too fragile" - Didn't you watch this clip?

"thinks he's better than he is" - It's called self-belief. Helps you perform better.

  • give it a rest sunshine i have seen enough of this clown to know he does not have it in him he surrounds himself around idiots like ian wright the ex arsenal player and some dj called spoony who has jumped on the football bandwagon complete mugs and he thinks he is some sort of pimp with his stupid clothes did you see his tantrum on the weekend when he took a stupid shot on then blamed the cameramen cos he crumbled under pressure take it from me he is mentally fragile

  • OK, whatever mate.

Clearly you're obsessed with him - I notice you've written a scathing comment about him on every Poulter clip on Youtube.

I doubt he's particularly bothered by people like you.

  • thats right pal leave sporting matters to me i know a winner when i see one and believe me after seeing this clowns antics and his prima dona nonsense thinking he is bigger than what he is saying he will not go back and play in france after he messed up his own shot he blames some poor guy just doing his job if poulter ever wins a major you get back to me but i will put my money on it he will win jack his attitude stinks he has no humility or respect to be a great

  • mrgrotbag i take it your from the usa. friendly fire area, you need to worry about your stinking armys taking out there own units you little friendly fire tit. your best player tiger woods is one step away from a rapist and your still dissing poulter. rofl i love how the usa think there so good pity the truth is there a bunch of burger munching friendly fire wife swapping tits......... what you saying now burger boy?

  • ian poulter is a fukin wanker

doesnt deserve to be in da ryder cup

  • u can critisize when ur in the worlds top 40

    dickface

    ur a wanker

  • Ian Poulter is a LEGEND !!

  • Hey 6ott. whats up man. EUROPE was worried more about how they looked than playing golf. USA had it after big slick A.K stuck it to 3ft on the 1st on day 1

  • great player so glad he done well and i think here be getting automatic place for 2010 ryder cup

  • Worst Ryder Cup ever! I hated the US squad. Bunch of D-bags.

  • Ian Poulter =)

    <33

    ...rocks...

  • He is a great player

  • someone just tell him he doesn't belong at one of the majors and it's on, hed step up and win it

  • one of the most underrated players on the tour besides camilo vilegas

  • @eliasdevilsfan26 underrated??? He has only one pga tour career win. I'll give him credit for being the best dressed golfer on tour though.

  • @eliasdevilsfan26 Uh, I think you'll find there were certain players who played much better than Poulter. To name a few: John Francis, Gary Steelman, Timothy House & Charles Kovern. These 4 played much better than both Vilegas and Poulter. Plus, they're more underrated - Check you're facts before you go posting things on youtube. Your IQ is too low to be messing with computers.

  • could i love ian poulter more please

  • Poulter won 4 points out of 5 in fact. This clip is from Sunday's coverage before he added a singles victory to his total.

  • what's the background music?

  • your face

  • Who's the tool? The man living out his dream, or the plank that goes on youtube to write comments like yours?

  • uhm i think the man that says stuff like "when i reach my potential it's only gonna be me and tiger," is the tool. that's rory sabbatini status. he did play well in the cup; it's about time he lived outrageous clothes, hair, and outlandish facial expressions. the point is, let your golf speak for yourself.

  • Oh ok. So you didn't mean "he's such a tool" then. You meant "Good golfer, not sure if he'll be as good as he wants to be, but we'll see. I wish I could be where he is but without the clobber".

  • @Noallegiance hey you remembered me of the band tool. thanks for that! discovering them for new tonite

  • Was unlucky not to have 4 out of 4...great play Poults, shame some of the other players could not match your passion...ie Harrington!! Another half a point!! Thats a grand total of 1 point in 2 Ryder Cups!!

  • absolute class ! wasnt poulters biggest fan before the ryder cup but his performance over the weekend against those clowns was class!

When he went mental on 18 i was going mental with him

  • legend

  • ian to win a mojor next year. super stuff ian

  • Ian Poulter rocked from start to finish.

  • he needs to get his eyes checked on..looked like a crazed coke addict after he made some putts.

  • Poults was immense over the weekend, 3 out of 4 points won. (should really have been all 4!) Great stuff Ian.
