hey ingrid..i have a question ..when i tight line my eye or line the inner rim the black liner prints on the lower rim ..how do u keep it from doing so? and what is the best pencil liner to do the tight lining? and it is preferable to be a drugstore one ..thnx in advance :)

@HebaMakky I have the same problem with eyeliner tranferring to the lower rim if I use softer, kohl-like liner and I hate the look of it smearing on the bottom. But I've never had that issue if I use Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner. It stays only on the top of my inner rim and keeps the bottom rim looking clean. And it's a drugstore brand!
