A question of mine I have been looking for for a while now, and can`t seem to find. Maybe you will know.

My question is, if a boggart shows your greatest fear, what if your greatest fear was heights? No one is actually afraid of heights, but falling. Would it show you falling? -you wouldn't feel it, so it wouldn't scare you.

Hopefully someone has come across an answer.

I'm not sure if this was ever said, but I think that Harry's boggart probably changed into something like Mrs. Weasley's as he got older: the dead bodies of Ginny, Ron, and Hermione, as well as the Weasleys. Similarly, I think that after the end of the books he sees himself with his family, as well as his parents, in the Mirrior of Erised. However, this is all just speculation on my part.

@BrookeAndRachelShow She's never said that Petunia is Harry's godmother. It's unlikely anyway since Petunia hated her sister and it said in the first chapter of book one that they hadn't met for several years.

One thing i don't understand i how there can be 40 Gryffindoors in Harry's year. When there are only five boys, that beeing Ron, Neville, Dean, Seamus and himself. Or were there more boys that just slept in another room?

@mogens345 I think there was a mix up there. There are forty students in Harry's year total, ten in Gryffindor and ten in each of the other houses. Bit too neatly organised but there you go.

@mogens345 Jo herself has said she's rubbish at maths and anyone who analyses the books closely can see that. However there's nothing to say that there are the same number of students in every year. In fact that would be illogical, assuming that Hogwarts lets all wizarding children in rather than having a limited number of places.

Voldemort would never let lily Potter live thats obvious. she would become more determined to kill Voldemort and that would be dangerous for Voldemort, he was smart enough to see that and would not take the risk.

@frankael Erm, Scotland is in Britain. England, Scotland and Wales are the countries that can be found on the island of Great Britain. (The English tend to call themselves British but the Scottish and Welsh call themselves Scottish and Welsh, thereby confusing other people.) Hogwarts and Hogsmede are both in Scotland, within walking distance of each other.

Dumbledore new this was the key to stopping Voldemort. In his greed, thinking it would make him stronger, Voldemort used Harry's blood to return to a human from. But in Harry's blood is the one thing Voldemort can't understand. Love. Lily's love for Harry.
