Dude, I dig your sound! I'm building a thinline myself, I have a mahogany body and a maple neck. I was wondering what kind of humbucker you are using, I see it's not a Fender Wide Range Humbucker as in the original thinline's, to get a bluesy/jazzy sound what humbucker would you recommend? Thanks!
So i checked harmony central to find out what kind of pickups you used. I cant find it. That thing sounds phenomenal, I would love to know exactly what they were.
The bridge pickup is a GFS hot lead 60's and the neck pickup was an Epiphone pickup from a 56 reissue. I can't saw i like a lot of the Epi pickups, but I put the Epi neck p-90 with the gibson version. Great sounding pickup.
