HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE: Your hair actually grows fast because you shower every other day(showering every two/three days is best). And you said swimming so I'm guessing you play some kind of sports.Being healthy(eating healthy and exercising) is the key. And not straightening it as much. And not putting heat on it. And if you do, you MUST use heat protectant. Air drying is MUUCh better then blow drying. Use heat protection even when you blow dry. Hope this helps. And put some oils too.! Deep con

What brand were the leave in conditioners + shampoo and what brand was the de tangler?

I tried the tresemee or how over u spell it heat protecter and loved it before this, then the were out and I got the pantene and I dont like it at all I still have to get more. A product to make my hair soft is hair milk by palmer's coconut oil formula its amazing. I wash my hair before and aply this.You can do it with damp or dry hair. I dont plow dry my hair with it, its best to sleep on it.please reply :)

I have that dry shampoo too, but it barely helps my hair. Also, since I'm brunette, it makes my hair a little grey/white where I spray it...

What I do when I know I'm not going to wash my hair the next day, though, I like to sleep with my hair in a HIGH poufy poytail. Since my hair isn't flat against my scalp all night, it REALLY helps to keep my hair from getting greasy. lol it sounds odd, but it works (for me)!
