  • LOL

DAALSIJ , we don't even know each other, on or off Youtube , you pathetic waste of flesh.

You deleted your original comment, that all scientists are shit and cause world wide destruction or some garbage along those lines.

Oh well, at least your original rant is gone because you realized how idiotic it sounded. Thank god for small miracles, eh? :p

  • Wait what? Duh? They have bathrooms in Russia and China because we all have to take poos. If a Chinese guy runs into a Russian bathroom holding his butt screaming "I have to take a crap" in chinese, they'll look at him, and probably point towards the bathroom. Or shoot him.

  • Hmm. Evidence to support the existence of a homogenized language before the Flood myth period?

  • could certainly help with translation, thereby cultural diffusion and UNITED progress.

after all, the sum is greater than its parts, and this includes coming up with ideas. more people working on a project, more likely it is ONE of them will have a new idea, thereby solving a problem, such as starvation or the energy crisis.

    so there. XP !

  • Get off the computer scientists made for you, you retarded faggot.

  • get fucked you peace of shit

    JINITRON.

JINITRON IS THE BIGGEST LOSER ON YOUTUBE.

go stick your ass up your mouth fuckhead.

  • As for a possible universal sentence structure please refer to the SAKAI's linguistic work on Web. "Universal sentence structure -A Realizaiton in Spanish-".

    Thank you.

  • Because naturally we have evolved to know that the subject, person, holds the object, tool.

I could have told you this...

  • Probably because you mentioned the e-word - perhaps someone got offended?!

  • echidna?

    lol

Thumbs down for saying evolution in the comments section of a scientific video...

  • now say antidisestablishmentarianism!

  • Now say the long version of the noun titin!

The long version is 47 pages long.

  • even though that is true, how does that relate to charades??? :P

  • Did you even watch the video or read the description?

  • yep sure did! :P

  • Researchers have found that people always act out the subject followed by the object, no matter the sentence structure of their native language.

The 7th and 8th word: ACT OUT

  • id have made a boobs sign, but really, if you ask someone to copy someone else, sure its going to be the same, now do this without visual aides

  • Hole puts on $30 I wasted...

    wow, they're right

  • Hat lands on womans head, best video I've seen today.

  • they should had shown people from all over the world I guess...

  • long hair, curvy body

    puts on hat

  • This is a very interesting finding that should help us understand the more ancient language structures. truly primitive languages should more closely agree with this universal signing technique.

Also, a further study of charades should find an assortment of natural symbols for a universal sign language.

  • Neato.

  • Wait.

    WICKED neato.

  • Kewl.

  • Eh/

  • I came....wait a second. Nevermind.

  • this video fails, scientist need 2 lose their virginity

  • Read the article attached if the video is not enough?

  • I though the whole point of them making the videos was to provide people with a clip that is brief but jammed packed with information at the same time, and have the same amount of in depth information as the articles. Fair play, the article IS good, but if their videos are going to be this bad, what's the point in making it in the first place?

  • ... maybe as a supplement to an article?

  • Agreed, the info could have been fit into the video title.

  • I agree the video could have been better, but it did work as a starter for the article in a way, like a very brief summary.

  • new scientist has hit rock bottom.

very interesting concept and research, however this video does not provide enough.. "substance" to justify it's worth. They really should take more care about their videos.

  • yeah it is rock bottom lazy, the quickest easiest thing they can do. Fuck knows what the vids are like on their webpage but putting a video on youtube thats taken the minimun amount of effort aint tempting me to look

  • honestly, I expect much much hight quality videos from new scientist. while the findings of this research may well be interesting, this video is not.

  • wtf whas that i am confused

  • girl PUTS on HAT.

The action is always before the object, basically.

  • The HAT was PUT-ON by the girl -- passively.

  • They were actually talking about subject and object order ie

    GIRL puts on HAT

  • yet another shockingly uninteresting video.

  • Yeah, it'd be better to see people of different cultures and languages acting it out, but it was nice and random.

  • how can a 26 second clip justify this claim? poor approach to videos NS!

  • huh. I wonder what they plan on doing with this new knowledge...

  • may be they should have shown different people (with different native languages) who act the same...

  • clearly this is enough evidence to support a new find... : /

  • Interesting, it might help for charades, but most likely nothing more.

  • Researchers have too much time on their hands

  • Too much time spending too much of our money.

  • interesting but I would have like to seen more examples

  • interesting...

  • Hmm...alright then..

  • um yeah...right...
