  • god i was there.. it wa the 2nd year i played lax and i was gunna quit til i watched this game, true story bros

  • eat shit salisbury

  • Very lucky shot. I'll give him his dues, however. Oh, the memories of my heyday come flooding back.

  • he was my coach last year lol hes fuckin crazy

  • that would never happen in D1

  • it doesnt matter wat level ur at when ur playing, shit happens

  • wouldn't happen at D1?....most of these guys playing in these teams could play on any D1 team...believe me i played with all of them.

  • doubt it to you playing with all of them. And some could play DI at like a low top 20 team like around 10-17 ranked, and some can play in the top 10 but very few...

  • Yo felice is the man..He is my lax coach at my high school... No one can stop him!!!!!!!

  • i got this game on dvd a couple days ago. definitely one of the most exciting games i've ever seen

  • I couldn't agree with you more, rapidfireguy - it was one of the more exciting games of lacrosse you'll ever see.

  • hey where did you buy the dvd of this game? i saw it live and it was incredible, it'd be sick to see it again.

  • the guy from SU won that out of bounds ball.

  • you cant dive...cortland guy stayed on his feet

  • mike felice is my coach

  • i saw myself at 1:17

  • I agree and I don't think he's even allowed to jump. I think jumping to score a goal is illegal. SO SU WINS. TO BAD COURTLAND. BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME

  • he's not allowed to jump?

  • @afaulkner13 - looked like an example of Air Gait which would make it an illegal goal. But I guess the refs didn't see it that way and that's what matters.

  • even if the dpole pushed from behind...the guy was still in the crease before the goal therefor its not a goal...the ball would reset outside the restraining box for a man-up situation...if u also consider how there was no time left...salisbury would have already had a plan for man down to stop cortland...regardless cortland didnt earn the win, it was given to them, all the games and championships SU won, they have earned absolutely crushing everyone...cortland wishes they could do that

  • if you can find a video thats clear...you see the cortland attackman was in the crease before the ball ever went in the goal...so technically...salisbury won...cortland you think you guys are sweet be beating a national championship powerhouse by default? you guys are real winners...not

  • that doesn't mean SU would win, that just means it would still be tied and go into double OT...good math skills, I can see you went to SU...

  • yo I was there

    broke my heart

  • u cant say Cortland doesnt deserve it

  • You wish Salisbury was closer! D-pole vs short stick i think the D-pole edged him out by at least a foot. CSTATE BABY!!

  • its not the stick its the body you could throw ur stick down and beat the person's body its BODY that counts stick doesnt matter

  • Salisbury should of won because at 0:47 salisbury was closer to the ball!

  • y cant u embed it?

  • i was there, that was amazing, probably the best game iv ever seen, wow

  • Cortland enjoyed their moment in the sun in 2006. 23-0 for the Gulls in 2007 and another title.

  • over cortland no less

  • the giants are about to be slayed for the second year in a row. even if i am living in the past, salisbury has lost once in what 3 or 4 years. who did they lose to? CORTLAND

  • they have started a new streak and SU will bring the trophy back to our campus where it belongs tomorrow.....GO GULLS

  • The announcer said it correctly.."the Giants are slain." Don't worry SU LAX is alive and well. 20-0 in '07 and the top seed once again. So lets see that 79-1 over their last 80 matches. We'll see you all in Baltimore!!

  • if u knew anything about lax ud know that if u got pushed into the crease its not a violation. thats the only thing the salisbury dpole could do. once he got beat he only had the choice to push him in hopes he dropped the ball, that was the smartest thing he could do, yea its illegal but...

  • that shuldnt of been a goal that was crease vio

  • Best game ever

  • My bros college lax team would of been in the finals of that if cortland didnt beat them but eh oh well cant win em all

  • wheres he play??

  • Stevens Institute of Technology

Im pretty sure they played that team

  • Yep they did..they beat Stevens Tech 16-7.

  • Yeah my brother told me that i was like oh damn

i either want to go there for lax or navy i hav a better chance of going to navy because my dad went there and played lax for them

  • Take NAVY all the way, that'd be awesome to be able to play for them, do you remember their D1 Championship game a couple of years ago? That was also a great game, too bad Navy didn't win, I was there, most of the stadium was rooting for them.

  • Yeah i know I was there too my dad and i were so pissed..And if i went to navy i would have a much better chance of getting a really nice job just because when you are in the navy you are set for life

  • thats right...upstate pride 8-)

  • Probably the best game ive ever seen.

  • Great game. Demunda (Dman) has to stay higher of the GLE when that attack man starts that game winning drive to the cage. That kid set him up perfectly. Too many D men look for the big take away check. Its a joke w/the tech on these heads and pockets now.

  • amazing game

  • F downstate? I'm pretty sure half the players at Cortland are from Long Island

  • reppin upstate

    fuck downstate

    fuck baltimore

  • i was at this game it was sick.

  • Me too, it was nice to finally see someone beat Salisbury for the Championship.
