  • is it working at all thes kit???

  • ohh yeah, if some idiot tries to sell you the "o2 extenders" off ebay, then YOURE GETTING RIPPED OFF!!! theyre really the $4.00 kit of 2 spark plug non-foulers youll get from your local auto store. best not mention the actual use of the non-foulers cause they know all the street racers use them to lean out the fuel mixture to get more horsepower and RPMs and the exhaust raises the o2 emissions to toxic levels. hho burns clean but does nothing to reduce o2 emissions. dont get ripped off.

  • ok, as an experienced gas saver, i just wanted to reply to your question. resistors, chips and major modifications to your EFI systems is a waste of time and money as i have found. i found that with the right setup with the spark plug non foulers that pulling the sensor away from the exhaust flow to lean out the fuel mixture was the best solution. my 94 ford explorer eddie bauer edition got around 13 - 15 mpg. now it gets a rediculous 32 mpg! 2 gallons gas, 64.4miles.

    heat guage in middle ;)

  • How muchdo you want to lean it out?? I'm guessing not very much. You could make your intake air temp sensor trick the ecu into thinking it's very warm outside, shortening your average injector pulsewidth. That would be easiest. Next would be smaller injectors/ lower fuel pressure, but your best results would be on a standalone ecu. Goodluck

  • dont bother with extender, just use a wire resistor

  • hondata s300 would be your best bet but chip the ecu and use crome will work to but u need a wideband to really see what the car is doing and where u wont it

  • get a new sensor and an o2 extender off ebay. you will have a wekaer oxygen signal with one of them so mixture will be leaner.

not adjustable though unless you take it off and re drill it.. electric ones are adjustable but harder to install.

im guessing you have a relay settup you can also get and all in one systen from wbay PWM that make best effect of your hho cell so you could get a lot more gas for less/similar amps so you would infact get more power.

  • I've been researching on the same subject and I believe that the black with white striped wire after the o2 sensor connector is the heater control wire, which you would connect and efie device too.

  • i know that alot of turbo cars run wideband o2 sensors and then run some form of stand alone computer but first i would want 2 know how rich it is really running. not sure if u already know about this if so good luck anyways
