I love old skool dance music from 1987-1992.

But l don't like "Ravebreaks" sorry. Reasons:

1. Distorted snare drums, takes pleasure out of hearing the melody

2. Distorted bassline, takes pleasure out of hearing melody

3. Permanent uplifting piano chorus - takes the pleasure out of feeling pleasure

4. Everything gets filter swept - sweeping the music under the carpet

Return back to the steady beat, and the melody. That's the old skool for me.

Ravebreak's is making a massive comeback. Hell with Hardcore and this is coming from someone who used to mix it.

Nothing wrong with Tiesto from the 90's/00 period. Just like most dj's these day's he sold out. Not that I'm saying there is anything wrong with electo. I love electro house. But he should have stuck to his gun's.

good tracks, mix needs more cohesion between tracks. You are all over the place friend. Thinks this way: with your mix....

you need first to tickle my senses

then prepare me for what is coming, create some expectation.....drop the bomb...then start over again. For your grand finalle, try to be easy on the senses but still pick a moving track. Try to understand the psycology of a dancer or cluber, that way you can attempt to give people what they hope for, while staying true to yo self. peace.

I got into happy hardcore when I was a kid. Nine years old. I found this cassette tape at the airport in Seattle, WA. I later found out it was the genre RAGGAJUNGLE. There was also old skool stuff on it. Some "RUFFNECK" track by EZ Rollers was on it. Super catchy dancy lyrics. Very LA BOUCHE sounding, with happier vibe, and upbeat dancy tunes.

This takes my back to when I first heard electronic music. You work miracles man. Long live the nineties! I love your mixes PLEASE MORE!
