This IS NOT an incendiary grenade. Incendiary grenades are based off of high-temperature mixtures; alcohol burns at a very low temperature (low enough to where you can pour it on a wooden desk and set it on fire, but not harm the desk at all). A molotov would have more power than that, and they're not considered incendiary.
