When you have your iso, & eboot put them in the same folder called final fantasy 7. Then connect psp to computer. directory is psp/game/ drop the folder in the game folder.
any one knows why this happens: after i go to my ff7 game that i bought from psn store i press the x button the after the warning sign it just gives me a menu like this:

switch discs 1 2 3
controller settings
memory card untillity (not glowing even though i have save data) and i try to press x and o and all the buttons but nothing happens anyone can help me?

One of the reasons of playing crisis core is that you want to feel the same emotions once again which were brought to you by ff7 ... there is no point in playing crisis core without playing ff7 first...
One question: I have this game for the PS3 (downloaded from PSN, of course), but the presentation I see in the PS3 menu when I select the game (before loading it on the console, I don't know if I'm explaining myself correctly) is different. @TeaBagTactics Your purchases are tied to your account only. As long as you login with the account you already made purchases with, you will see all previous purchases and be able to download them no matter what system you are using to login with.
For those of you who wanted to know how much the game cost on the PS Store its $9.99 I bought it yesterday. All the other games are about $6 though. I happily paid the $10 I think it's worth it!

@NARCOLEPTICpediphile I've grown up from FF1 on the NES on, so I'm a little biased. I'd say its definately worth picking up. There is a lot to do in this game, most of the time you are only able to go to certain areas so its easy to know where you need to go to continue the game but there isn't marking things on a map as a destination or anything to hold your hand. Guide wouldn't be the worst idea but it always seems to kill the experience for me.

@NARCOLEPTICpediphile This is definitely a abroad from the original games, similar to japanese ff5 all of the FF series games since have had a large amount of story and depth with much less hassle than the previous 4. and to defend the original, they were pioneering the RPG genre so i cant complain.

Have you got a ps3? If so, it's easy. Go into the psn store and go to ps1 classics. Download it onto your ps3 for 13 dollars or whatever it costs. Next, plug in your psp to your ps3. Set the PSP to USB mode which can be done in the settings, then, on your ps3, go across to FF7 and select copy, then copy it to your psp. After that, it's all smooth sailing. Good luck.
Go to eBay and buy a pre-owned PS1 console...cheap as you can, as long as it comes with an official controller, you're good. Preferably the PSone style console as you will know it isn't a million years old, and then buy a copy of FFVII pre-owned. Shop carefully, and you could have the lot for £20-£25. Or if you have a PS2 or PS3, you just need the game itself (discs or download in PS3's case). It'll be much better than playing on PSP, which is fine only for a nostalgic replay.

Yes. It is exactly the same as the PS1 version. And it takes up about 1 GB of memory. I am lucky to have a 4 GB memory stick for mine! But it is a good game altogether.
You don't need a PS1 Emulator to download from the playstation store.
If you connect your PSP to a wireless internet connection, you can go to the playstation store on your PSP and buy and download FF7 & FF8, for (i think) £7.99 each
I bought the Final Fantasy 7 from Playstation Network and downloaded it onto my Ps3. I JUST got remote play and I can play it while my Ps3 is on. Does anyone know how to install games on PsP to play them without remote play up or anything just an installed game on the PsP. And second I do not want and saved data I want to start a new game but do not know how to save data on the PsP as it says there is no memory card. Could anyone help and get back to me on this?

The only thing I don't like about the PSN download of FFVII is the camera doesn't pan over the characters/battlefield during battles... The fighting becomes very stale as a result. But otherwise, a fantastic game -- legendary. :D

Have you got a ps3? If so, it's easy. Go into the psn store and go to ps1 classics. Download it onto your ps3 for 13 dollars or whatever it costs. Next, plug in your psp to your ps3. Set the PSP to USB mode which can be done in the settings, then, on your ps3, go across to FF7 and select copy, then copy it to your psp. After that, it's all smooth sailing. Good luck.

Go to eBay and buy a pre-owned PS1 console...cheap as you can, as long as it comes with an official controller, you're good. Preferably the PSone style console as you will know it isn't a million years old, and then buy a copy of FFVII pre-owned. Shop carefully, and you could have the lot for £20-£25. Or if you have a PS2 or PS3, you just need the game itself (discs or download in PS3's case). It'll be much better than playing on PSP, which is fine only for a nostalgic replay.

Crisis core is before ff7. Zack is already dead at the beginning of this story and cloud is pre-equipped with the buster sword =)

Yes. It is exactly the same as the PS1 version. And it takes up about 1 GB of memory. I am lucky to have a 4 GB memory stick for mine! But it is a good game altogether.

I just went to download it last night, and it takes up just over 1300MB.
If you go on amazon you can get a 8GB SAN Disk for £18 ish with P & P!
I ordered mine as I will download Final Fantasy 8 aswell (about 1800MB)

You don't need a PS1 Emulator to download from the playstation store.
If you connect your PSP to a wireless internet connection, you can go to the playstation store on your PSP and buy and download FF7 & FF8, for (i think) £7.99 each

I bought the Final Fantasy 7 from Playstation Network and downloaded it onto my Ps3. I JUST got remote play and I can play it while my Ps3 is on. Does anyone know how to install games on PsP to play them without remote play up or anything just an installed game on the PsP. And second I do not want and saved data I want to start a new game but do not know how to save data on the PsP as it says there is no memory card. Could anyone help and get back to me on this?

@jackdoldseven put the psp on the psp with a usb cable.. hope you loged you in with the same account on the psp.. then go of the ps1 icon from ff7 but press triangle... there a copy think.. pres this bottom.. hope that helped you.. btw sry about my english..

no. Crisis Core I knew and I played already. But this FF VII is a re-release of old FF VII. It's for PS3. and now it's coming to PSP

oh i have a problem with that, every time i go to join th playstation network it asks me to update to version 6.20, so i download it and then when i go to use this download it tells me that th game cannot b played. any advice ?

The only thing I don't like about the PSN download of FFVII is the camera doesn't pan over the characters/battlefield during battles... The fighting becomes very stale as a result. But otherwise, a fantastic game -- legendary. :D
