I agree entirely. Hearing Tom Jones for example, when he was around 60 his voice was SO much stronger, more flexible and affecting than it was when he was maybe at his 'biological prime'. Donna Summer at 50-60 in these videos simply sounds far more powerful than during the disco era. Sure, maybe her head voice for songs like "I Feel Love" isn't so airy now, but it doesn't matter does it? Donna Summer is testament that the industry should embrace these changes not be afraid of them.
