i used to work on vandenberg afb..ret now.. and i think they have a mini haarp there on their north base... today i saw a very unusual look 'rainbow' of color which manifested in a slight cloud over the west and over the ocean.. i live 4 miles from the pacific... i have seen this site before and find it weird... i saw the same on the China earthquake.. it was about 7 pm or so my pacific time.. i went inside and heard about the Chile earthquake of yesterday.. about the same time i saw the colors.

But you mentioned something about China could have cause the earthquake, if I heard this correctly? But do you remember the Earthquake that hit China right before they hosted the Summer Olympics? And many people seen the aurora in the sky, some theories thought it was the US, because they have the HAARP that causes these disasters.

I believe Russia and China are allies. Even though I live in the US, from what I learned, the US is the one major country that is by itself, and isn't really allies with the other countries. Since China is SO BIG, the US is afraid of losing power and being isolated from the rest of the world.
