Ricky tried to play it cool and act like he didn't feel a thing but it was well noted that he never tried to bully that other person again.

This was one of many Chicaisms that made Ricky a riot to go to school with.

On another occasion, Ricky was trying to show off and live up to his self-perpetuated tough guy image by daring one of his classmates to take a free punch at his stomach. As stated above, Ricky liked to try and bully some of his classmates. So, this challenge was another attempt to embarrass another. It kind of backfired on Chica because the guy really loaded up and nailed Ricky good, causing him to double over.

Trying to be clever and cool, Chica was sort of a smart ass. One time in a sophmore English class, Chica was told to turn around by a teacher named Mr. Balto. Chica proceeded to do a complete 360 in his seat and continued his converstation with the person sitting behind him. Mr. Balto then proceeded to whack Ricky upside the head causing him to do another unintentional 360 provoking the rest of the class into unrestrained laughter.

Ricky Munoz went to St. Rita H.S. from 1979-1983. Called "Chica" by both his teachers and fellow students, Ricky tried to establish himself as a tough guy by bullying some of more reserved classmates, usually without much success. Not the sharpest pencil in the box, Chica muddled through a few years of honor's courses trying to keep up the best he could and often resorting to copying the homework and test answers of others when the opportunity presented itself.
