Training solo is going to the gym on your own, getting your on rebound, no passers and if you aren't creative no screens even though you could just use a shoe, chair or what ev.

I'm pretty sure every single NBA player can dunk, because of their strenght and conditioning. With maybe the exception of earl boykins but I'm sure he could at least grab him
