If he was joking by saying "nein, nein, nein", then that was pretty funny. If he was really saying 999 that was even funnier.

@TheShaelina Yeah, that's exactly what I think, the "nein, nein, nein" is funny, but too clever for Herm, but I enjoy the thought the he feels 999 is all you need to know. the man is too arrogant, I'm enjoying the 2012 Herman Cain Comedy Tour.

i'm no Cain apologist, but he was joking by saying "nein, nein, nein", ie the German word for 'no'.
