here here jayrox, watch classic albums night at the opera brian may spends more time talking about how much the original recordings of the songs are worth
But, Brian May and Roger Taylor didn't die when Freddie did. So does that mean they should give up music and touring just because Freddie isn't here to front the band? Give them a break they are continuing to spread some of the greatest rock music around and like Hammer To Fall, give it new life. I say as long as they keep the show interesting and not just giving the same old, same like some bands of their era, More Power to Them. Spread the Might Queen Music.
Of course they shouldnt give up music but they shouldnt be masquerading as Queen, would you watch the Rolling Stones without Mick Jagger? Brian and Roger have milked the Queen name for all it was worth. I have every respect for the guys as musicians but this is not Queen anymore.
I hope they never sink as low as the RS giving the same stale rendition of their songs never changing, never adding new songs. It's not for us to say whether the remaining Queen members continue on only Brian, Roger and John do, so lets leave it to them. We can continue to enjoy what Queen gave us up to 1991. As Roger said in many interviews "it's what we do" you don't give up being a doctor or teacher. I trust they will stop before they become a farce like the RS etc. Enliven not diminish.
I know you disagree with me so lets agree to disagree and continue to enjoy which ever Queen we choose to enjoy. Right now for me it's Innuendo and some of Roger and Brians solo stuff.
I disagree with that... Freddie wasn't the only member of the band. Brian and Roger are 50% of the band, it wasn't Freddie Mercury and his band Queen, it was QUEEN! Should Brian May and Roger Taylor go about calling themselves Half of Queen? Each member was really a quarter of the band.
Come on, Brian and Roger have enough wealth between the two of them to buy their own country, I'm sure the money is HARDLY a factor in doing this. Bringing Queen's music back to the masses is just great for me!

What is this documentary called. Is it Queen & Paul Rodgers documentary or is there a different title? Because i cant find it on the internet, amazon or anywhere.
I´ve seen Queen with Freddy about 9 times and these where really good concerts. When I saw that Paul (even him a favorit of mine) joined the band
I thougt, this can not be true, but so it was. I have been a Queen fan since 1977 and Freddy is still Queen. Paul, Roger and Brian (unfortunally not John Deacon) are doing the right thing. Queen music will never die, and they are continuing with the best band, so even the younger can hear/see them
And I did cry when I heard about his dead. Freddy RIP
ARGH! I so wish that I was that first guy they interview. I was 3 years old when freddie died and I swear I cried when I heard my dad say that he is dead. I'm a fan as far as I can remember and god I hate myself for not being older right now, so I could say I grew up when queen were still performing with freddie and john. Thank you for this video I love seeing this sort of stuff.
There are only 2 bands in the world that you will here on a daily basis either on tv or radio, they are the Beatles and Queen, their songs stand up even after 45 or 35 years.Madonna ,mariah etc all record disposable bland forgettable pop that last for 6 months or so and are then forgotten.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
In my opinion, Madonna and Mariah are not easily disposable musicians. These two women, especially, dominated their genres of music. Mariah Carey now has more number singles than Elvis Presley. That should truly mean something to their reputations.
Although those facts are irrefutable, I can't honestly say that Mariah Carey has the same stage pressence, the same thrill as a Queen or Beatles record, and the way a band makes you feel is a very big reason why, I and so many others, are MASSIVE Queen fans
lol only two bands? you must not know much about music have you heard of U2 , or maybe Foreigner, how about The Rolling Stones I would say they have all written some timeless classics that I hear on a daily basis!!!!!!!
watch your ass Paul... :)
