CSX OCS Special (P915-05) at Tampa, FL 2-5-10

Can anybody explain to me why people put observation cars in the middle of the train? That seems like the dumbest thing ever.. Also, why do they have those ugly glass panels for the "observation" car? why can't they have the legitimate observation car at the end..? ohjtlwekt4io. I'm picky, i know.

@TheNegan1 CSX owns abunch of Observations, they use the Open window car or the theatre car more in the rear of the train, the Observation is just a normal car here

9998 was Amtrak 280 and 9992 was Amtrak 390.

Those are awesome engines, at least I can say this...CSX keeps them looking nice and running!

Ken,what areas in Tampa did you catch the OCS?

I caught him turning around at Neve Wye on 7th Ave near Ybor City and then again at 78th St.
