  • The random protein that floats around in the blood plasma are called C3b proteins. They get activated by binding onto antimicrobials. They essentially go thru a cascade affect making the MAC complex they helps to kill the bacteria by lysing them. :]

  • b lymphocytes do not come in the inflammatine site , once dendritic cells are activiated they go to the secondary lymphoid tissue , there the presenet the antigen to the B lymphocytes

    Something explained to really understand!

  • iv know sometimes einstein would come to help me out

  • You know there is something wrong with the world when a "Justin Bieber" video has more hits than videos like this.

  • @kushnigam2000

I dont think 13 year-olds are learning about histamine and 'diap...diap...diap...diapedesis!'

  • @kushnigam2000 Well not exactly. Surely you can understand that more people come onto YouTube for entertainment than education? I go school and University to study and read my books to learn, then I go on Youtube to chill out.

I use Khan Academy when I get stuck on things, but mostly use Youtube to watch funny videos and music videos. So there is nothing wrong. Fuck off with your thumbs up hunting.

  • @kushnigam2000 There's that name again, what is it with her, she's got big hooters or somrething?

  • Some swellllllling!!!

  • can you do a video on the complementry system?

  • He says his name a million times in the video - "sal"

  • OMG!! I am so glad I found your videos.. you are excellent at explaining!!

  • Thank U...Nothing to say more...A Well-Wisher..

  • excelent!!!

  • love it! Why can't professors and teachers explain this as easily as you did? I know it isn't an easy thing to explain but you made it make so much sense. Keep it up! The medical and academic world needs more people like you to help keep them refreshed on these basic principles.

  • You are awesome!!! I love these vedios, I've only just discovered then today, in my desperation for an exam I have next week.

I can't thank you enough for uploading them...you are a very good teacher!

Man your kids must be mega lucky, keep up the good work

  • pretty simple, pretty excelent

  • i like it very much but i cant understand why we anti histami drugs or anti inflamentory drugs ,if the inflamentory ressponse is something that we need when a antigen is getting in to our body????

  • @shayrosh because if inflammation stays more than necesary the tissue suffers several damages that, according to the agent can be even irreversible, so sometimes we need to use certain drugs to "control" inflammation

  • Love it, thanks

  • those are cool looking red blood cells ^^

  • Very interesting. Now when people take aspirin daily to lower inflammation, is that stopping a necessary process?

  • Very interesting! Thanks!

  • nail in cow manuer lol.. nice.
