or sneak into a building (preferably a  house or store room with lots of chests and valuable items) take the chest and the stuff inside. Then go into a nether portal next to the building then place torches around and a chest at the beginning holding a weapon some armour food a spade etc but all bad stuff like a wooden sword. Then put the other chests with valuables around the nether. Put a sign at the start chest giving a route to the next chest and so on put a sign outside syin ya stuff in net

i have a good technique for greifing dig a small hole then make a tunnel and a mine cart and track to somebodys creation (underneath) put some tnt under the object you want to grief hit the tnt get in the mine cart and get the hell outta there
