IF you're a team player and love to grind for exp, focus on Heroes. If you like to be powerful no your own, and find compelling and funny stories to be your thing in an MMO, head red-side for some villainy.

Heroes team much more effectively than villains since heroes fill niches in teams. Villain teams are just willains working together. Sure, in PvP, it all boils down to the individual player and their build, but generally heroes synergize with one another much better than villains do.
