Lauren! Beautiful as always! Thanks for sharing your practice with us - it was good to see where you are - everything is coming right along. All your graceful arm movements make up for any bumps with the pinch breaks. you'll have them smoothed out in no time. =) I can see you've put in some flight time with your angle hooping - it shows. Good god girl, yer so dern cute I can't stand it!! Love your fluidity of movement, the synchronicity of your Flow. Excellent reverses and your angle hooping is astounding! Also LOVE the spinning! You embody such grace!!

Beautiful spinning, you are like a graceful ballerina! That little toss over the head you did at 2:44 is so great, I love that idea! A lot of the moves you're rocking in this video are things I've been working on, too. I feel so in sync with you, lady ;-).
