this workout is almost perfect , great idea to do some boxing , but if if want strenght or more force use a light weight , and move faster , for real deal , and of course rest
so basically after you workout in the gym, doing cardio helps gains. No matter what type of cardio, such as boxing or treadmil, it will still increase your gains?

@mrohyeahgirl I do dead-lifts and squats.. But that's on days I do legs.. Mon and Thurs.. Those two exercises will strengthen the lower back.. Anything more is pointless or else you have back issues..
