  • this workout is almost perfect , great idea to do some boxing , but if if want strenght or more force use a light weight , and move faster , for real deal , and of course rest

  • so basically after you workout in the gym, doing cardio helps gains. No matter what type of cardio, such as boxing or treadmil, it will still increase your gains?

  • @AblettGC2011 exactly... Apply this same concept to Leg training days.. doing lower body cardio (running) after a leg workout is magical.. people just don't know..

  • Hi! Have you tried the maximus muscle 247 workout (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin gained a lot of muscle with it.

Take some time to watch the rest of the videos of me squatting and dead lifting 405 lbs for reps.. Not bad for someone who only weighs 178 lbs.. But hey, you are the expert in bodybuilding and strength training right? otherwise you wouldn't on my page giving your constructive criticism!!

  • @EzeFitness mmm i can squat 405 for reps too as you say, but i weigh 145 guess thats 33 lbs of wasted muscles you have. anyway i dont bodybuild obviously. if you have not noticed bodybuilders who have the largest muscles dont seems to have any strength world records funny huh?

  • @emptied10 145 squatting 405 is no joke.. good shyt.. Bodybuilding and Strongman or power-lifting competitions are two different animals.. It's like saying how come 100 meter track runner doesn't hold any world record of 1000 meters. Hell, they are both athletes with amazing running skills right?. Because the 100 meter runner only train to be the best at what he does!! A bodybuilder doesn't train to break any world strength record, he trains solely to look like sculpted work of art on stage.

  • @mrohyeahgirl I do dead-lifts and squats.. But that's on days I do legs.. Mon and Thurs.. Those two exercises will strengthen the lower back.. Anything more is pointless or else you have back issues..
