But the Kinect has two infrared cameras and one standard webcam. And the webcam isn't even used for the motion, it's the infrared that's being used. @wwerulzs64 my slim wouldnt read discs anymore so i opened it up and found the track the eye runs on wasnt lubricated correctly so i fixed that and it works perfctly
