  • get em boys!

  • BTW excellent video

  • are you mutual aid for this call?

  • we where the first due engine

  • Congrats to the driver, looked like he was presented with an opportunity to try and beat the other engine by risking taking the turn a little quicker, but he decided not to.

  • great response and the camera caught the action too. Only thing that could have been better would be helmet cam. But over all 5 stars. love the videos. I am hoping to do something like this with my department since I was just voted on as a trainee, so I can ride the trucks. What camera do you use firtog? thanks,

    Tim J.

  • aww man filming duties? should let the jr pull a preconnect, and or put it out

  • @mxfrmbarsspbdsrtrver In my town, juniors aren't allowed to even go to fires. You need to graduate the academy before you can even get on the truck. They only get to play around at training things once in a while.

  • @kcartersta60 Thats a terrible waste to a good set of hands.

  • great video. i saw this truck parked at an emergency equipment store once...nice truck. i am just a few miles away from whitehall.

  • The Jr. did a good job filming. I didn't notice much shaking...

  • very nice SAFE Driving and excellent knock down. Stay safe.

  • Nice vid. I like the in cab audio. it lets the civilians inside

  • Thanks for the response Captivemrhanky! 574 calls is a fair showing, career or vollie. I imagine the total for WFD is really impressive when you add the other (4) stations. Personally I think AFD gets more calls because Allentown has more residents. Plus a good percentage are real Knuckleheads. I mention Engine #4 because I was told once that they go on every call in the city, except maybe the East side. I'm not sure if that's still the case. Anyway, thanks again, and be safe!!!

  • Yea, the other whitehall stations are fairly active, but not nearly as active as station 36.

  • It seems to me that engine 3611 is the busiest engine in Lehigh County. Not counting AFD #4. Am I correct?

  • Well, the total call volume for all of station 36 was 574 calls in 2007. But I would imagine that AFD gets more call because they are paid, meaning they might get called out to medical assists. I might be wrong though.

  • you guys shoulda called 33 for maybe they coulda gotten there a but quicker since they can just hopped on 22 west.

  • never mind i got lose in the video... maybe you should have taken grape street to 22 east*** but good vid!

  • THOSE F/U/C/K/I/N CARAVANS 2000 and up all seem to go on fire due to transmission failure

mine did w/my exwife and twin boys in the van

u guy got some fed up streets out their keep up the good work god bless

  • whats the Q. mean

  • The Q is the 'whirring' siren used on american fire apparatus. Its started up at 2.18 in the vid

  • Great video! Nice use of the Q.

  • Great video, very nice!
