OMG, I am so excited!! Everyone looks their parts (including JH as Peeta, talk about a freaking miracle)! And Jennifer Lawrence already has me impressed with the sheer amount of emotion and desperation she was able to put in her voice at .58 where she volunteers to save Prim. Oh, and as for everyone comparing this to Twilight, please read the book. There just happens to be a love story here but it's really about a dystopian future where the effects of war are made devastatling clear. Can't wait!

They've got Haymitch and Effie spot on I reckon, exactly as I imagined them. Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss seems a little odd to me, though. There's something about her that doesn't seem to portray Katniss' qualities from the book. I suppose this is just a trailer though, the movie will reveal all, and by gosh am I excited!

Heard this type of story before. Anyone heard of Battle Royale? if not and love hunger games, then should check it out but it's very gory. Pretty much almost same story except not set in the late future or get trained. Also it came out before hunger games so it was back in the year 2000. @sp101erinteddy I am not one to take sides when it comes to videos I post, but I do agree with you, The Hunger Games is a more unique book series than a vampire romance novel. There is a more complex conflict within the series during the age of distopia. Also, the struggle and frustration of survival is the better theme than petty romance.
