thats is not a travel, if u read the nba rules, they allow this thing called the 1sec ball count, this allow player that are quick to be able to take a few more step. think abt this, most high school player are able to take 3 steps per dribble during fast break and thats not a travel. thats the ball count, they r fast enuff
