Misleading Rvalue which is the total system as opposed to the what the product delivers. Most of it's benefit would come through the reflective nature of the product which is only any good in the summer so it wont deliver great results in the winter when you really need it. Bulk insulation such as rock wool or glasswool is a much better solution if you want protection for summer, winter and noise.
@dhannajatt38 couldnt agree more mate. Wickes had some great deals like buy 1 roll get 3 free, but as with most things in life it expired two days before i had enough cash to buy them! anyway, You can get a good deal on rockwool if you shop around, ive got 23 rolls coming delivered for £23.00 check out the green wolsey / buildcentre website for details as they have an offer on at the moment :)
