I remember watching this as a kid with my mom. I couldnt remember the name of it for the life of me till i was just looking through youtube about christmas. I have great memories watching this with my mom, its almost like having her back. BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIE EVER!

I thought this film got great reviews. It was on one of those greatest holiday movies of all time lists. Though I've come to resent what Santa has done to Christianity, I grew up with this movie and is absolutely perfectly timeless.

Anyone find the McDonald's scene? That's why I came here, to laugh at it (in a good way).

People! We need to learn how to spell Santa Claus! His name has no "e" at the end. You are being confused with the Tim Allen movie that purposefully adds the "e" in reference to the legal "clause" that makes him Santa through his actions. The word "clause" has nothing to do with Santa!  His name "Claus" is short for Niclaus, or Nicholas, as in St. Nick - get it?

Interesting to know that the orignal singer for "Christmas All Over The World" was suppose to be sung by Freddie Mercury, but he turned it down, expressing that he was already committed to the Highlander soundtrack and that enough was enough with the movie soundtrack genre. So that's when the offer was then given to Sheena Easton.

magic just oozes out of this film....I remember wetting myself in pure exitement watching this on Christmas eve waiting for Santa to come to my house.....this film was the best Christmas film for kids....me and my family loved it. x

one things has been bothering me, when the santa claus, mrs claus and the raindeer was sleeping in the snow, what happen to the trees in the background, it just disappeared.

This movie used to show every year when i was a kid. Not seen it in a very long time now. at least 14 years! why adverts for toys became more important than showing this film is beyond me :( or youtube kiling part 1. Must be down to the money as usual.
