For those who are wondering: This is from the annual "Parodi Grand Prix" in Norway, where several artists are covering old Eurovision entries by adding a lot of show and humor - and competing for having the funniest or best interpretation. This act was maybe not the funniest one, but was still very strong and got a second position, following "Må ha sari" / "Mata Hari" (Norway 1976) performed by Berit Bislett / Geir Lillejord, known from Queentastic.

Yeah I think the event is called Parodi or something or the uploader is a non-english speaker who means to say "cover". The icelandic is superb btw :) only slight accent but still afbragðsgóð :)
