As I've said, all true metalheads have heard about the tragic news regarding Judas Priest being featured on mainstream television. It's not so tragic for me, I say Priest sold out long ago when they went Glam metal and again when Rob Halford came out on MTV of all networks.

Some of the more "core" ones probably admit to what they really are, which is post-hardcore/screamo rather than metal. It may be thought that a lot of poser kids hold them up as metal, but whether or not the bands themselves actually consider their music to be metal is debatable.

Amon Amarth really.........Theres probably more viking metal bands than them. But im really into Jazz Fusion metal. But yes I like some Black metal, rather than folk......as there is a bit of difference between the 2 genres.

Mainly the mainstream bands I guess. Dark Funeral etc. But i like Burzum and Mayhem. Gotten into Depressive black metal at the moments, bands like Silencer. So intense.
