Okay, I watch both of these shows a fair amount, and I can say that South Park is FAR more intelligent. While it may seem like there is no point to many of the episodes of South Park, there IS. It is rarely a show that just makes fun of everything. It normally pokes fun to prove a point. Family Guy... I really just can't say the same for it at all. I enjoy both, but South Park definitely has a deeper message than Family Guy ever does.
