I saw this in 1988, at 20. Now 43.... Gather thee Rose Buds while thee may. a classic story , lasting impression. I think I've seen only 3 movies that have left me speechless , this being the first .
IM a 22 year old guy. This movie completely shocked and devastated me in a bittersweet way. I started to reflect on all my past relationships and the women I am chasing now. After the movie ended, I cried knowing that someday down the road I will come to miss my youth and all that is going in my life. Ive am thankful for all the great people in my life. Thank you Jean-Jacques Beineix, Beatrice Dalle, and Jean-Hugues Anglade for this everlasting masterpiece. OMG what a great movie.
